Missing Attachments
The phone is an 8830 Smartphone Firmware is 4.2.2.176 BES for Exchange Version is 4.1.4.15 The problem Some time back, the user stopped receiving attachments. I have looked over BES and am not sure if this is a Server issue or Blackberry issue (Seems server to me) But I have no idea what to look for or how to get attachments sending again. Does anyone have any idea's?

Hi,
On your BES you need to go to "Start > Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server > BlackBerry Server Configuration" and select the "Attachment Server" tab. You need to ensure in "Connector Configuration" the server is set as "localhost". If you can post back with an update any other relevant findings (e.g. error logs) we can assist you further.
