Hi,

I assume you are referring to popups in your BlackBerry Browser? To enable this feature perform the following steps:

1. Open the Blackberry Browser
2. Press the menu button (left of the trackball) and select Options
3. Select Browser Configuration
4. Ensure "Support JavaScript" and "Allow JavaScript popups" are checked
5. Exit and save.

Thanks,

Gary

The settings I detailed above are global settings that both the "Internet" and "Blackberry Browser" will use.

Some websites may not be compatible with the BlackBerry browser. You can try other browsers such as Opera Mini but please be aware you may get additional download charges.

The BlackBerry Browser and Internet Browser are exactly the same in terms of capabilities (the data path can be different depending if you are a BIS or BES user). So if it doesn't work on one it won’t work on the other.
