I am waiting on the Sensis team leader to give me a call back as they are investigating what is happening as they "haven't been told of any new software". I can confirm that Telstra have advertised the release of the product via their internal dealer channel.

Sometimes in these big companies is a case of the left hand not talking to the right!

Have you tried yourself to activate it on your 8800? as previsouly advised Once I register the icon does not come up in the applciations section.

I look froward greatly to your response on what is happening. Thanks again

I have been informed that the Whereis for BlackBerry has been available for the past two days. If the icon doesn't appear on your device go to "Options >> Advanced Options >> Host Routing Table >> Register Now" to get the updated settings.
