Whereis is back up and running. I will give it a better test this week and see how it goes.

I don't believe it has international mapping data but when you are roaming you can use Blackberry Maps.

Hi Gary,

When I try to download Whereis Navigator, I get the message 'Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider'.
Yet, two other 8800 users here have no problem downloading it at all. Please advice what I should be looking out for. Our IT Policy are the same on the BES server.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The 8100 doesn't have GPS; you need to get the 8110 if you want built-in GPS.

Map software download options

Hi good people,

Is there a way to download maps for Australia without having to connect via the Blackberry device? I would much prefer to download it to my laptop first then transfer it over.
