Blackberry 8800 looses calls when holstered
It appears that when my Blackberry 8800 is holstered (OEM Holster) and I recieve a call, the phone will ring twice and then hang-up. I always thought it was me depressing the voice command or volume buttons which triggered this. However, I have been monitoring this for a few weks both in the holster and out of the holster and consistently when it is in the holster I loose the call. I have changed the l'ock on holstering' instruction and this makes no-change. Would appreciate any guidance on how to correct this ?

As a test can you please change your "Profile" to another audible setting? (e.g. Load, Normal or Phone Only). Changing the Profile will determine if your “In Holster” settings are affecting your ring settings. Failing this I would contact you mobile service provider to check the “Call Forwarding” settings which are set to 15 seconds before diversion by default.
