Site Survey is an application that identifies Wi-Fi® networks in the vicinity of the BlackBerry smartphone and displays information pertaining to those Wi-Fi networks. The displayed information includes the service set identifier (SSID), media access control (MAC) address, encryption type, channel, signal strength, and the band of the Wi-Fi access point.
