    EBay Application unable to Login

    I have a Blackberry Bold 9000.
I downloaded Ebay application BUT it will not let me log into to my Ebay Account???
All I can do is a search........ If I try to login it keeps coming back with login/password incorrect.
Please note I am entering the correct details.
I am on a BIS plan - live in Australia and my Ebay Account logon is through Ebay.com.au
    HELP!

Contact Telstra and confirm that you have the "Internet Browsing Service (IBS)" codes on your account. Also please note that we are assuming your profile is correct and that you have a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) data plan.

Thank you again. I have BIS plan, can browse and use the internet. Deleted application then downloaded installment link from Blackberry (see below) and tried to install from there. Message said my device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support EBay for Blackberrys. I have all the requirements, so about to give up!!
    Here is message:
BlackBerry - eBay App for BlackBerry Smartphones
    System Requirements

To use the eBay app for BlackBerry smartphones, you will need the following:

    1000KB of available application memory
    BlackBerry Internet Bundle browsing capabilities
BlackBerry® Device Software v4.5 or later (to find your software version, click Options on the smartphone Home screen, then click About)

Well Well!!! After following all the replies and talking to Telstra, to find plan OK and system requirements OK, I deleted the app. set up a new password in Ebay then reloaded the EBay app for BB & it finally let me log in. Problem solved but still have no ideas at all what may have caused it.
    Thanks All

If it "magically" started working I assume Telstra may have refreshed or corrected the service codes on your account.
