New BB Bold update great but trouble logging in to Three website

Hi All
Anyone help out? I downloaded the offical Bold update from the link in this forum and it was a godsend. Battery actually lasts a day and I do not have to take a charger to work. However I cannot log onto the three blackberry website anymore as opposed to when I had the older operating system. Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix it?
Thanks
Raj

Hi,

Do you mean the Three BIS website (i.e. http://www.three.blackberry.com)?

Thanks,

Gary

Hi Gary
Yep thats the one. I should probably call Three but afraid they will give me the go around ( seems the thing to do with Three...) When I initially accessed it after signing up to a plan they told me to change the username and password which I did. Accessing the page was fine with the new username and password but after loading on the new operating system I haven't been able to. I even tried the forgotten password option and my username was what I had set it as and my passowrd was sent to my mobile and that hadn't changed either!! So not sure what to do really. All my email is fine though.
Regards
Raj

Hi Gary
Took the step and rang Three and they fixed it.It did take a while though (45 minutes) being shuffled around to lots of desks but in the end they managed to "jiggle" something at their end and it is all good!!
cheers
Raj
