Thumbs up Otterbox 'Impact' series: Sleeker protection for your Bold

1938-20.5.1.jpg
OtterBox have definitely been the type of company to listen to their customers. Obviously a few BlackBerry owners have been requesting a slimmer and sleeker case for their BlackBerry Bold and today their requests have been answered in an all new design and direction for Otterbox.

The ‘Impact’ series case is a lighter, less bulky and more streamlined product than their ‘Defender’ series (which I have a review coming for you all, sorry, I’ve been slack, ). You can check out more information on this new case or order now from their site at We've Got Technology Covered // OtterBox.com

From their site;

“This skin-style case combines durable silicone with impact absorbing features to dissipate impact away from your smartphone with added bump protection.

The OtterBox 1938 Impact™ Series for the BlackBerry Bold smartphone provides the ideal solution for those looking for less extreme protection. More slim-fit than the Defender Series™ case line, the new Impact Series skin offers trusted OtterBox protection in just one layer, safeguarding your delicate device from bump and shock.

The 1938 provides open access to the headphone jack, sync/charge jack (mini USB), speakers, microphone, sensors and camera. Side programmable buttons, mute and volume buttons are also accessible through silicone pass through buttons.

“Listening to customer requests for different case options, OtterBox now offers the Impact Series to accommodate the needs of less extreme BlackBerry users,” said Curt Richardson, CEO of Otter Products, LLC. “The Impact Series allows us to reach additional customers by providing another option of recognized OtterBox protection in a sleek design.”
