Question Created new contacts in Outlook. Have not appeared in BB contact list.

I have created several new contacts in Outlook 2003 on my PC.
My BB recieves new emails as normal, but these new contacts have still not appeared in my phone contact list.

Hi,

Normally these types of issues occur if you have corrupt or invalid contacts on the device or Outlook. You need to check you Outlook contacts and ensure you have no blank entries (i.e. contains none of the following: First, last and company name) or invalid characters present (e.g. #!%*). Once Outlook has been checked on your device open Contacts > Press menu > Select Options > Type RSET > Select Yes to wipe your device contacts and load a fresh copy from the server.

Thanks,

Gary
