email settings

hi there,
i bought this blackberry 9000 here in Melbourne and then am start using it in Indonesia within their provider. then im going back to melbourne using 3 as my provider. i've been using this phone for a several months (less than a year) and now just realized that we can put more than 1 email addresses.

the problem is,
i cant add or remove or do anything through email setting (i need to add email).
there's 2 thing there after i press email setting.

there are
"NEW USERS"
and
"EXISTING USERS"

unfortunately, i forgot about this thing at all. i forgot the username and even i cant even remember have i through this thing or not. i totally forgot.
when i go to new users with "create new account" and agree with the terms and conditions, i still cant create it..

its stated :
"YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE VIA HTML BROWSER. PLEASE USE YOUR DEVICE TO ACCESS BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN"

when i press "ok", they ask me to put Device PIN and Device IMEI but still its not working.

does anyone know how to find the username (if i did this thing before and i may forgot)..?

can anyone help me solve this problem and get through the email setting so i can add my email?

thanks,
AJ

Hi AJ, best bet may be to click the "Need Assistance?" link next to username on a PC Browser or try the "Forgot Password?" link in the BB Browser next to the Password box.

the URL for your Service provider should be:

For 3
https://bis.ap.blackberry.com/html?brand=three

otherwise replace "three" with the name of your service provider in Indonesia (ie indosat) and that should bet you there.

when i follow ur link and put the PIN and IMEI its stated :

"An unknown error occurred."

in indonesia, am using XL as my provider. when i put XL it stated :

"The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider."

when i go to "forgot password"
and put my pin on it they said "Your password has been successfully sent to your BlackBerry device." but i didnt receive anything..

Errrrr..... on XL's website right now stumbling through trying to find their BIS Portal...... I KNEW I shoulda learned Indonesian!

I'm gonna take a stab and say try this link for XL
Setting dan Panduan BLACKBERRY - XL Nyambung Terus

There seems to be a login something or other and some other options there as well. My apologies for not being able to resolve the issue a bit more decisively AJ, but I hope I was able to help somewhat anyway.
