Hi,
Try this:
1) Short press 'Green Phone'
2) Press 'Application' Button (LHS of trackball)
3) Options
4) Call Logging
5) Mark 'Missed Calls'
6) Save and exit.
Let us know how it goes.
Kind Regards,
Greg Myers

You are running a really old firmware version (as per your profile). What carrier did you get the device from and I will send you the link to pick up the latest version ?

Yep. Use Desktop manager to load the new firmware to your device. Once both are downloaded and opened up on your PC, plug in your device and follow the prompts. (Be sure to make a backup before proceeding)
