Exclamation Help - Cannot navigate to Blackberry specific sites

I am trying to Install the Flowfinity Client on my BlackBerry by following your documentation "Version 1.0 User Guide Revision 2" dated April 2008.

I get the following error message on the BlackBerry at Step 1: Go to Flowfinity Wireless Installer

This web site must be accessed from BlackBerry or Windows Mobile smartphones.

Please can you advise me what I am doing wrong?

It might be an issue with the website and how it detects your coming from a blackberry..

Hi,

Open your device Browser > Press menu > Select Options > Select Browser Configuration > Change Browser Identification to BlackBerry > Exit and Save.

Thanks,
