    Problems accessing Captive Portal wifi

I am running into problems accessing captive portal using my torches wifi and vpn connection. Never had an issue with old 9700 device with os5. I was told that it works fine with BES 5.0 by others in a different environment. We have SP1 running and I wonder if that is potentially the issue. Has anyone had difficulty accessing captive portal gateway for wifi?

    Hi,

Please upgrade your BES 5.0 install to Service Pack 2 and on the device ensure that you go into Options > Advanced Options > Browser and confirm what browser service is being used by default.

    Thanks,

    Gary
