I have uploaded the Desktop 4.5 with Media Manager (English) installer to our server to allow much faster downloads. To download the installer from our high speed server click HERE

Does 4.5 have media manager and does it support vista ?

I can confirm that 4.5 has media manager and it does support Vista.

Desktop Manager
Running Windows Vista Ultimate and it works a treat, I can finally use the media manager with my BB.
