Got version 4.1.4.15 can this be upgraded using besn_upgrader_4.1.6.exe
and is there anything special need to know before running the update?

Hi,

The besn_upgrader_4.1.6.exe file is the correct service pack for your version of BES. Before running the update ensure that you quit Domino and make sure you are logged on with the same account used to install the BES (Check the logon name next to the BlackBerry Services).
