Just loaded up Desktop 4.6 and it is doing the same as version 4.3 - 4.6 in that the calender won't syc.

Does anyone else have the same problem. Does anyone have a solution.

I am running Vista Ultimate 64bit with SP1.

Hi,

Using BlackBerry Desktop Manager go to Backup\Restore and perform a backup of your device. Once completed complete a restore as this will clear any corrupt databases on the device. Once you have performed these steps you should log onto you BlackBerry Internet Service website and resend your Service Books (On the left once you logon). Please post back with your results as we can assist you further if required.

I realize I am replying to an old post/request from Gary, however I was having same issue. I did what you suggested and I am left with the same issue: Calendar items are in BB calendar, but not Outlook 2003 (using Windows XP and BB desktop 4.3). I was going to upgrade, but unsure if I should move to 4.6. Should I do this next? Also I get an error:

" There was a total of 2 record(s) skipped during the synchronization as summarized below: address book: Device-0, Microsoft Outlook -2 Please check the synchronization log for more details. "

Can you help? Thanks a bunch!
