I downloaded this update including the media manager through my old desktop software and now I get a runtime error whenever I try to view my pictures through the desktop.

    Any known bugs...?

Are you trying to open the pictures using Media Manager or via Mass Storage Mode?

When viewing images device content it is best to connect the device and enable Mass Storage Mode when prompted. Once enabled you can access your device data via your "My Computer" icon. If you would like to use Media Manager you will need to uninstall Desktop Manager > Reboot the PC > Install BBDM 5.0 again and ensure you select the Media Manager option.

    Hi,

I have upgraded most clients to this version of Desktop Manager without any issues. I personally never install "Media Manager" but sunburn did report that he had an issue above.

    Thanks,

    Gary

What is new in this version?

Can anybody tell me what is new versus version 4.7 that makes it worthwhile to install? Thanks!
