I am unable to find any other versions of BlackBerry Connect for you but I can confirm that these packages are BIS compatible. Prior to activating a BIS account ensure you have added a BlackBerry Internet Service plan to your phone account. As this device is a few years old it is hard to locate old software packages but you may be able to contact your service provider for support.
