BlackBerry Connect for Palm Treo 650

Hi,

I have downloaded the BlackBerry Connect client for Palm Treo 650 and have installed it successfully. The Palm Treo 650 is running on Palm OS with the lastest software of Treo650-1.20-LAP. The BlackBerry Connect Desktop for Palm was also installed sucessfully and Versamail is on version 3.5.

Everything was installed successfully and my email account was registered with the BES server as well. My local telco has also verified that my SIM card is activated for BlackBerry data service. Statis of GPRS connected successfully.

The problem arises when I try to send an email and the mail simply goes into the Outbox first before going into the Drafts folder and stays there until manually deleted. I have gone through all the steps with my BES Admin and also Palm support and the problem is still unresolved. Is there anything that I am missing out on? Would appreciate some advice.

Within your network are you a member of any Domain Admin groups? Also when you did the enterprise activation using "BlackBerry Connect Desktop" did you leave the device connect until the activation was completed? But as a first guess it sounds like you have a service book issue as the device didn't activate correctly.
