BES > Activate Device for Calendar and Contacts ONLY

I have a user that we setup on our BES, they do not want email to be pushed to the phone. They would like Calendar and Contacts to sync.
I've looked on their account on BES and do not see a way of disabling "Email"
Is this even an option? If so could someone point me in the right direction to a white paper or a section on their account to perform this request?

On the BES server you can just select the user and disable redirection. What exact version of BES are you running? (e.g. 4.1.4.15)
