Uninstall BlackBerry Connect from the BlackBerry Connect device

Procedures
In the event the BlackBerry Connect software on the BlackBerry Connect device has become corrupt, or you have installed the incorrect version of BlackBerry Connect software on your BlackBerry Connect device, the previous installation of BlackBerry Connect software must be removed prior to installing the new BlackBerry Connect software.
To uninstall the BlackBerry Connect software, complete the steps based on the BlackBerry Connect device model you are using.
Nokia 9300 series

Nokia Eseries- On the Nokia Eseries device, press the Menu button (located to the left of the joystick).
- Click Tools.
- Click App. Mgr.
- Select any program with the term BlackBerry.
- Press Options.
- In the pop-up menu, click Remove.
- Click Yes, when prompted to Delete ?
Windows Mobile devices- Click Start > Settings.
- Click Remove Programs.
- In the list of installed programs, select BlackBerry Service.
- Click Remove.
- Click Yes when prompted to confirm you want to uninstall the BlackBerry Connect software.
