Windows mobile PDA activation issue

I am trying to activate a HTC dual touch PDA phone with BES server but I am unable to obtain a PIN. I got it work with the imate JasJam and it work perfectly. Does any one have any ideas or work around solution?

I have used bb activesync from version 17 to 19 and bb connect from version 91 to 97 and still no go. The same goes with the jasjam but it work perfectly.

Hi,

Is the version of BlackBerry Connect specifically designed for your device or is it from another model? Normally BB Connect is created for each device uniquely and won't function when installed onto another unit. If this client has been created for the HTC Dual Touch you need to ensure you have BES codes on your phone account. Also keep in mind if the client is from another provider it may have customer setting that prevent it from working with your carrier (e.g. some earlier versions has passwords hard coded to access blackberry.net, your carrier may not allow these settings).

Thanks,

Gary

Thanks,

Gary
