• Palm® Treo™ 650 smartphone with BlackBerry Connect™

Details

You have installed the BlackBerry Connect software on the Treo 650 smartphone.

Once you go into the BlackBerry settings, you see the following:

BlackBerry - Suspended

The BlackBerry Service on the Treo 650 smartphone remains suspended until you have generated encryption keys and receive the service books from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Note: The Treo 650 smartphone with BlackBerry Connect is not compatible with the BlackBerry Internet Service. It is only compatible with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
