Background

When a service book is pushed to a Nokia Eseries device running BlackBerry Connect software, a mailbox is created within the Messaging application. If the mailbox is not removed when service books are removed, any new service books sent to the Nokia Eseries device will create a duplicate mailbox. Email messages will be delivered only to the new mailbox. This occurs mostly with BlackBerry Internet Service account integrations.
