Multiple Phones
I look after all our phones (around 70) and I want to be able to upgrade the firmware on these with any issues..

How can I set up the Desktop manager not to have a profile or want to sync with my PC.. All I want to do it upgrade the firmware.

When you install BlackBerry Desktop Manager just select the "BlackBerry Internet Service" option as this will create a "standalone" instance.
