Vista & Desktop Manager 4.3

Using Vista with desktop mgr 4.3.

The "Messages" under synchronisation is grey'd out so we cannot select it. Therefore everything works sync wise but not email.

has anyone had this problem of have a resolve for it?

If you are using your device via the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) you are unable to access the feature. The "Reconcile Messages" option is only available for users connecting to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Quote from RIM's KB12474:

"This option is not applicable for BlackBerry device users with BlackBerry Internet Service accounts who want to synchronize information from Microsoft® Outlook® to the BlackBerry device."
