blackberry administrative service instillation

I cant figure out what the password is supposed to be that they are asking for in the blackberry admin service instillation setup . It shows windows login information says account then password. Anybody know where this password comes from?

Hi,

Prior to performing an Enterprise Activation you need to set a password for that user within Blackberry Manager. To set the password just right mouse click the user and select "Set Activation Password".
