Details

The following table identifies the possible errors in the Status field when you run BlackBerry Desktop Redirector.

Verifying forwarding address
Desktop Redirector verifies the email address with the BlackBerry Infrastructure. For more information, see KB00011.

In cradle - email redirection to handheld disabled
You will not receive messages when your device is connected.

Running
You have set up Desktop Redirector successfully.

**Initializing
You must generate an encryption key.

You need to update the encryption key. The Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) profile attempts to establish a connection to your mailbox.
