Wireless Calendar synchronization will not stay set to No

Problem

The BlackBerry device setting for wireless Calendar synchronization is set to No, but changes to Yes every time the BlackBerry device is connected to BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Cause

This is a known issue with BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.1 and has been resolved in BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.1 Service Pack 1.

Resolution

Upgrade to BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.1 Service Pack 1 or later.
