eSpell won't install

Dear Support,

I am unable to install eSpell as I get the following error below. We are using BES 4.1.3 and I can change any server settings if required. Can you tell how me how I can install the software and bypass this error?

Your error is being caused by the IT Policy item "Disallow Third Party Application Download". Either create a new IT Policy for use for software installation or simply set the item above to FALSE (or DEFAULT) on your active policy. Once you have installed the application you are able to set the policy item back to TRUE (i.e. continues to block applications from being installed).

Thank you As soon as I changed the policy item on the BES it allowed my to install eSpell.
