Problem

The Reconcile messages option is grayed out on the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.


Cause

The BlackBerry Desktop Manager was installed using the BlackBerry® Internet Service integration option.

Resolution

Modify the BlackBerry Desktop Manager to use the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server or the BlackBerry® Desktop Redirector intergration option. For instructions, see KB11162.

Additional Information

Note: This option is not applicable for BlackBerry device users with BlackBerry Internet Service accounts who want to synchronize information from Microsoft® Outlook® to the BlackBerry device.
