Problem
While using Application Loader, the following error message appears:
Unable to connect to the handheld after a multi stage boot process
Cause
The battery has been removed from the BlackBerry device.
Resolution
Perform one of the following to resolve this issue:
- Place the battery back in the BlackBerry device and run Application Loader again.
- Run Application Loader again. Just after the Finish button has been clicked in Application Loader, place the battery back in the Blackberry device.
