Force Email Sync

Hi All,

I've ran in to a few issues with duplicate messages on my Pearl 8100. I've cleared the 'Messages' store from the desktop software, but I was wondering if there's a way to force the software to send my current email Inbox to the device (eg. all emails that exist in there)

Hi Jason,

To correct this duplicate email issue you can do a handheld wipe and then reactivate it back onto the BES. If you ensure the user account ISN'T deleted from the BES it will restore all custom device settings. Alternatively you can follow the steps that I emailed you to backup and restore data using BlackBerry desktop manager.
