Dynoplex suite

Ok my explanation

First the soft is Masterdoc from Dynoplex >>

Trial version blowout my BB, need to reinstall the OS (4 Times)
Ask support for this problem, no reply

Always looking for solution not expensive and hurry to find something quick for my user !! Purchase Masterdoc ..

Installation problem, blowout again my BB, ask support take few day to reply or no answer from phone (because the phone message is corrupt and could not ear anything)

After setup on 8230 with license have bad result to view document, not appreciate by user ..

Try to have refund policy since 1 month and nobody reply !!

This is why i not recommend to do business with company like Dynoplex ..

I only want to let know to people this information before make decision with
product !!

Wirelessly posted (RIM BlackBerry Curve 8300: BlackBerry8300/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/122)

Research in Motion (RIM) are expected to make basic document management functionality available in the upcoming BlackBerry OS upgrade, which should gradually become available over the next three months... As I understand it, users will then be able to upgrade to a "premium" version with more features, for a small fee, by contacting Dataviz (the company behind the document management software).

The upcoming document management software is called "DocumentsToGo" and whilst it's not actually available yet, you can review the list of expected features on Dataviz's Web site:
* http://www.dataviz.com
* http://www.dataviz.com/handheld/products/documentstogo/blackberry/index.html

Accessing the main URL (address) from your BlackBerry device will automatically re-direct you to their "mobile" site, optimized for your device's screen size... Both URLs (addresses) can be accessed from a computer also, for a more full-featured experience.

BTW, I have used Dataviz in the past and have always had great experiences with them, both with regards to software and also pre/after-sales support...

Hi Brenton,
Did you purchase the product through BerryReview site ? If so, I'm sure I can arrange a refund for you. If not, then I will personally take it up with the marketing management at the vendor as this is one of the products our site has reviewed.
In the mean time, you should copy and paste your above concerns to the link GaryCutri has provided as I find this gets things moving from the vendor (the last thing they want is bad press).
Drop me a private message with your email details and I will get back to you as soon as I hear something from the vendor.
Kindest Regards,
Greg Myers,

You are not alone by the sound of it either. Again check the link that Gary has posted and search the comments below. One of the developers for the program has posted his email address so I suggest getting in touch through that avenue.
Keep me updated by posting back here.

Greg Myers
