This is probably a stupid question, but how on earth do I select the profile icon, on the main screen of bplay's new "Crossbar" theme?

I've tried everything, but not matter what I do, I can't seem to select the profile icon, which is clearly visible at the bottom on the main screen (when the actual crossbar is on-screen)!

Unfortunately I have never used this theme before and as it is a paid download I am unable to it for you. If anyone has used this theme before it would be great to get some feedback.

bplay Support sent me a link to the theme, presumably an update, however I still have the same issue - it's strange, because bplay seem to think that I should be able to change profiles from the Home screen (like most themes), but donzens of Crossbar users over at CrackBerry.com claim that changing profiles from the Home screen with this theme is not possible!

I gave up - I don't change profiles often and I tend to agree with the guys over at CrackBerry.com, so I'll just have to click a few more times and change profiles in the menu...

Unless one of you has a contact at bplay who can clarify this?

Make sure you fully uninstall the old version and restart before installing the new version.

I've just started using a different theme (by the same author as this one). Again, no Profiles icon. However in the home screen if you track your trackball to the right then press the ball, the Profiles screen should appear. Worked on this theme by same author so give it a shot.

The Crossbar theme is fantastic and VERY highly recommended - I have un-installed almost all of my other themes since buying this!

Best theme I've had to date!
