Thanks Greg, thought I should post my outcomes..... unfortunately HT Technology state they do not stock keyboards compatible for Blackberries, and Mobile Extras are out of stock

ARGH

However.... found this in the latest Men's Health magazine:

G-Tech Keyboards - G-Tech Australia

Now as my future sister-in-law is buying it for me for my recent birthday present.... passed the link on.... finger's crossed

Should have probably posted this previously. If you are looking for something really different try; Celluon Laser BlueTooth Keyboard | BerryReview .
Haven't had the opportunity to have a play with one but they sure look the part.

Arrived today

Freedom universal bluetooth keyboard.... took a while to set up, and will take a little while to get familiar with the navigation around the keyboard... but, so far so good!

Update time.... now been using the keyboard for 2 weeks, and it works wonderfully well.... connects up really quickly, and now that I am more used to the functions.... so much quicker than the 8300's qwerty keyboard.

Great little addition to my BB's accessories
