Mobile NETWORK is an established Telstra Corporate Dealer, recognized as a leading Channel Partner within the Australian Market. Mobile NETWORK provide complete solutions in Mobile Telephony, Wireless Mobility, IP Hardware and Software, Software Licensing Solutions and Managed Services.

We have an exciting opportunity for a BlackBerry and IT Systems Technician to assist with supporting a wide portfolio of BlackBerry Customers across multiple industry segments on the following platforms: Microsoft® Exchange, IBM® Lotus® Domino® or Novell® GroupWise®.

Reporting to the IT Service Manager you will be primarily responsible for providing highly effective, efficient and professional support to our customer base.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience installing and supporting BlackBerry Enterprise Server
• Working knowledge of MS Windows OS (2000, XP, 2000/2003 Server)
• Working knowledge of at least Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino
• Exemplary written and oral communications
• Outstanding relationship management skills
• 1-3 years technical support related experience
