PMTreo contact export to OTLK 2k3 those contacts wont sync w/ BES

Here is the deal if anyone has any input. I use a BES server,clean install of latest version. I've got 2 clients that came to me with the Palm Treo. We made the export of the contacts with success however will now not sync wirelessly? I have deleted and recreated the user account. Resend IT pollicies.....checked the device and reconciliation settings, you name it! It seems to me like those contacts are the only ones that are not being synced with our Exchange. plse shoot me a guess or link. Thanks

Hi,

What version Palm Treo are they using and what is the BlackBerry connect version? On some older devices the BlackBerry Connect plug-in didn't wirelessly sync contacts.
