For all those who are waiting on their Blackberry Bold to arrive from Telstra, by either the end of September, or early october, this program's date could be for you.

Program is half day course held at our Hawthorn training rooms.

Some feedback from two of our recent Working Sm@rt with BlackBerry programs
Thought this may be of interest to our forum members. It's fabulous to provide some impressions from some of our attendees, after receiving our Working Sm@rt with BlackBerry training.

First things to Change?
  • Diverting rules and better use of categories within Outlook
  • Urilising my calendar
  • Settings: determine what will work better for me.
  • Auto text, use of shortcuts
  • WIP rule, the way I save tasks, more filtering rules, use shortcuts more.
  • Planning and daily scheduling
  • Improving setup on desktop

Organisation benefit?
  • Imparting my new knowledge to other BlackBerry users
  • Planned time for priority work, and less personal frustration re: tool
  • Better organised
  • More effective
  • More efficient use of time and priortising tasks according to client needs
  • More productive
  • Productivity, prioritisation, less stressed.

Other comments
  • Was able to learn a lot to hopefully help my workload
  • Exceeded my objectives
  • Good practical application that allowed interaction and individual issues
