Free Olympic Theme 83XX, 88XX 4.2 & 4.5 Custom

Hi again!

I finished this one this morning (last night for you guys I'm sure). It's an Olympic theme, pretty spartan ( pun intended ), but gets the point across! I hope you enjoy it. I may do an 81XX version if demand requires it.
