Does anyone have some tips about how to best synch up a blackberry to a mac? I am about to go to a blackberry and a collegue had some patch software which allowed her to synch to iCal and the Mac address book - but this patch seems not to work with 10.5 . Any assitance greatly appreciated.

Can confirm, the new version of PocketMac works with device software O/S 4.5+.
