Blackberry Support

Hi all

I am looking for a company to provide support of our Blackberry environment here in Australia.

We have a BES setup with about 500 users.

Can anyone recommend a company that may be able to assist us.

What level of support are you after? As an example do you just need a resource to assist your help desk or do you want someone to maintain all your Blackberry users?

Most of Enterprise and Government organizations uses Mobile Network for Blackberry support and installation. They are Telstra's corporate dealers and specialise on Blackberry maintenance and support.

You can contact them on Mobile Network.

I'm looking for a company that will proactivly advise me of any upgrades / known issues etc.

If I have a question regarding the BES (how to, etc)

I guess this would mean a middle man in some situations between us and RIM.

I have heard of Si Partners doing this.

Hadn't heard of Mobile Network

In Australia you can use the following providers for Professional Blackberry support:

1. Mobile Network
2. Si Partners
3. Computer Ezy
4. MSC

Just so you are aware I am the Senior BES Engineer at Mobile Network. I also know the guys at Si Partners and Computer Ezy so I can also recommend their services. If you have any question please feel free to post them here as we are more than happy to help you.
