Wireless sync blackberry with Outlook

If any one is intersted, I have managed to sync outlook with blackberry calendars (Only), working well

Opened up a gmail account and created a calander.
Downloaded Google Calander Sync for outlook
Download Google Calander Sync for Blackberry
Install both and setup to sync automaticaly.

If I change either Outlook , BBCalander or GCalander the outher two up date within a few minutes, tested it and all looks well.
