Blackberry pearl Issue

I am using BB pearl for the last one year. sometimes when call comes, it doesnt showup the details....just I can hear the ringtone......does anyone experience same problem with pearl?

is there any way to rectify this?

Hi,

I have seen this before and I normally upgrade the devices firmware to resolve the issue. Post back with your current firmware version (Options > About > Third Line) and your carrier's name and I will post back a firmware update guide.
