Buttons being pressed by itself

Hi,

the blackberry often forwards emails and creates text msgs on its own, with no human intervention. It acts as if a button is stuck, but upon visually reviewing the unit, nothing is depressed.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

The firmware on your device "may" have a corruption causing this issue. Please post back with your carrier name, BlackBerry model and the current firmware version (Options > About > Third Line) and I will check for updated software for you. In the interim you need to remove the battery and re-insert it after 30 seconds to see if it is a simple software glitch that can be solved with a restart.
