Welcome to the forum.
I guess the obvious question here to ask is.... did the Bold display this "behaviour" prior to BBerry Sync was installed? If not, my suggestions would be to:
- Check the BBerry Sync website under FAQ's or email the help desk for BBerry Sync for assistance, or
- Remove BBerry Sync program totally from your handset, using the App Loader function on the DeskTop Manager.
Then I guess check to see if the "behaviour" stops... let us know how you get on here.
