Registration Message Can't Get There on Time

I'm afraid that by the time a BES activation message gets through a well known email filter company the activation process times out (at least an hour). I can't do much about the external company but is there any way to get it working without having to hook up the phone to the server? thank you.

Hi,

You have two alternative options to get this running. First you can have I.T install the BlackBerry Manager (this is done using the BES installer) onto their PC and activate via cable. Alternatively you can install BlackBerry Desktop Manager onto the user’s PC and when the device is connected it will activate (the PC has to be connected to the network).
