Hi all,

I simply think that this is one of the best BlackBerry sites for technical helpful information.... many a time a number of Admin have got me out of the deep waters of trouble.

I go to a few other BlackBerry sites, but these are mainly for 3rd party apps, beta testing, and the more social side of things.

This is a top notch site, and a credit to all of Admin, and especially to you Gary.

my first question is : does gary ever sleep ?

2nd question is more a request then anything ~ is it possible to have a sticky in each individual forum with FAQ's or within the FAQ have the answer to each question with a link to a previous thread ? Cause as it stands now you have a great database of content that is currently being under utilized.

I sleep four\five hours a night which reminds me I need to go to bed as its 4am. While I am awake I spend all day installing\fixing BES servers and resolving user\device issues. When I get home I answer Blackberry questions on the forum

I will start working on a FAQ thread which contains common issues and a link to the thread\fix.

Hi everyone

I must say this site is very impressive as to the amount of helpfull advice been given out to all blackberry new user's, i have been reading all i can to increase
my knowledge before my bold arrives this week.

as i will be a new user i may have many questions if the user manual cannot help me and judging by the amount of talent here you will be my first place of calling.

My suggestion to this site would be a donation button, i bet there would be a large amount of people that would like to return the favor for all your help.
