Empower SMS viewer allows you to set custom templates for SMS messages. You can pick it up here: Threaded SMS Viewer for Blackberry
It's free at the moment and up for public beta testing.

Of coarse as long as you download the ones that say OTA meaning Over The Air, those you don't have to install form your desktop
